Further on I learned how to unlock any HTC by myself.
For efficience you should use operamini as a browser... find out the TCPMP player for better video quality and audio equaliser and preamp...
Best make a copy of each program in a folder on the memory card Before installing them so later on you can reset and reinstal again what you want.
Never click on these programs in that folder but only copy the program to "my documents2 and install it from there.
There is a Opera.cab file that installs as a program and gives more features but makes browsing a bit slower.I would still recommend the Opera midlet as its smaller and faster. Of course IE is a crap alltogether with that MSN Messenger. Any HTC phone can be configured to work on any GPRS network after you unlocked it. I have two and working in two countries.
Later on htc phones bring more more features but less less performance .for example spvm1500 has a intelpxa up to 520 Mhz cpu and 120Mb Ram...while the later ones come all arround 400Mhz and most of them just 60Mb Ram and some Tomtom, Zip,PVPlayer and other crap software or features. Nobody bothered too much what they put in these phones and of course there is no option to uninstall that Excel which is never being used or install just what you want... So if you picked up a good HTC you know you got a good pocket computer ,but you gotta do some tidy up first. |

I have many quetions about this phone and whoever has better way of getting softwares and also handling operating can advice me what I can do with this device. |
