Date: 08 Sep 2009, 09:26 GMT | I have been using palmTX for five years and I like that I can use it for many things that the others havent done yet such as tv/dvr remotes etc., it plays great movies and for the person who wants flash movies it also plays those great. No other portable can do so much. Anything you can do on the newer gens you can do on palmtx and way more, except take pictures and access 3g internet, even though the quality pictures on those units arent good enough to really save anyway. Try getting all the freeware that TX users can get that you would want and youre paying $4000 dollars or more. I wouldnt turn down a pal pre but i'm not giving up my remote or paying sprint $120 per month for it for two years when my own phone service is $15 per month and my wifi is free. And besides I would miss my remote and other things that pre and iphones dont have yet. Dimity has great support programs for tx if you want to search for him on the net. He has more useful things even than those listed on his site. If you need a calibrated screen though get just the digitizer from ebay for cheap unless your screen is bad also then get the entire display. |

I have been using Palm TX for the past 3years.Its very nice, and useful a real digital assistant.Pl let me know about the the 16GB cards, the best one price and availability.I heard that 16GB cardsusage needs some software in PalmTX,which should be bought,is it true or a freeware? If some body knows the details pl let me know, and my Palm versa mail is not working properly. If any one knows how to fix it,pl tell me.Presently iam using the TCPMP player. Is it OK or any advanced media player avilable as freeware.
Thank you,

I buy palms for multi tasking, retro gamming (Super Nentindo mostly), and i hate laptops. To bad Sony quit making Clies, this is my Clie replacement device. |
