The Palm calendar software is much slicker than iCal. Would be great to have a Tungsten T with an unlocked phone on board! The Pre just doesn't have the quality feel of the Tungsten T--plus I hate the idea of being locked into any carrier. iPhone is great, but is out of the question for me until it's decoupled from AT&T. Maybe I'll browse eBay and see what Palm phones are available meanwhile! |

Date: 05 Feb 2009, 17:27 GMT | I've used most of the PalmOS products and this one is by far my favorite. Compact, powerful and colorful, it has been my constant companion for almost four years. I'm on my second one as the first one died tragically when it was hit by a static charge going into it's charging cradle one night. A freak accident, but fortunately a barely used model was available on eBay for $129.
I'm not a cellphone user, so this is probably the handheld I'll carry for the rest of my life - software compatibility notwithstanding. |
