TalkBack is an accessibility service that can help users with visual impairments to interact with their Android smartphones and tablets more easily. The app can read aloud text displayed on the screen using text-to-speech, as well as provide audio and vibration feedback when using native apps.

Please note that TalkBack is a system application and works only if you enable Accessibility on your Android device. In order to activate this feature, you should go to the Settings screen, select Accessibility and then check the Accessibility and TalkBack checkboxes.
