Blackberry AddressBook Synchronizer 3.7

Blackberry AddressBook Synchronizer lets you synchronize any database such as Microsoft Access, Excel, Oracle, MySQL or any ODBC Compliant databases. Transfer any database contents to BlackBerry Address Book or vice versa. One unique feature is that you can transfer data to specific category of Address Book such as Business, Personal etc.

Create new database profile using New Profile... wizard. Select Sync Type either "Desktop Database Overwrite/Adds BlackBerry Address Book" or "BlackBerry Address Book Overwrite/Adds Desktop Database" or "Import BlackBerry Address Book data to desktop as a CSV file". In the New profile wizard, select desktop database, tables, fields etc. BlackBerry Address Book Synchronizer will show the database preview to be transferred to the BlackBerry Address Book according to mapped fields.

"Desktop Database Overwrite/Adds BlackBerry Address Book" profile will allow you to transfer database contents to BlackBerry Address Book, whereas "BlackBerry Address Book Overwrite/Adds Desktop Database" profile will transfer BlackBerry Address Book contents in to database.
While creating a database profile, you can select either a single table or multiple tables. Click on "Filters" button to apply filters. You can map the custom database fields to BlackBerry Address Book fields.

After synchronization, according to this field mapping, the data will be transfer to BlackBerry Address Book or vice versa.

One of the additional feature of this software is that it allows to send Address Book via Email. You can send Address Book Only once, Everyday, Weekly, Monthly. BlackBerry Devices having OS 4.2 or higher can send category base Contacts. You can also take backup of your contacts on your BlackBerry device using AddressBook Synchronizer and can restore the contacts later in any disaster situation.
