CaliperC (Palm OS) description

Measure small objects with your PDA screen.

CaliperC simulates, on the PDA screen, a hardware caliper for measuring the length, width or diameter of small objects. A special calibration screen insures accuracy is about +/- .01 inch or +/.1 mm.. Just place the object on or near the screen and between the vertical markers. Fine adjust the markers to the edges of the object and read the width on the screen.
