The Quickbooks Edition of Mobile Invoice is the perfect companion for businesses using Quickbooks. This edition comes with a desktop application for managing one or more PocketPCs used in the field. Jobs are entered once into Quickbooks, and then individually selected and downloaded into a PocketPC for each field worker. Job information includes customer name, address, description of work, extra notes, etc.
Item and other QuickBooks lists can be downloaded at the same time. When field workers have completed the Jobs, the invoices can be previewed and uploaded directly from the PocketPC into Quickbooks. No data entry or file export/import is required!
The standard Quickbooks edition license allows you to run a single version of Mobile Invoice on a PocketPC. Additional licenses are required for installations with multiple PocketPCs.
Companion Desktop Application
The desktop application allows a single user to manage multiple PocketPCs running Mobile Invoice for the PocketPC. Download specific jobs and lists to the PocketPC according to the needs of the individual. Retrieve, view, and copy invoices directly into QuickBooks with a few mouse clicks. No complicated file import/export is required! The Desktop Manager saves time and money by eliminating paper work and error-prone data entry.
Assign Jobs
Use the companion desktop application to select the QuickBooks Customer Jobs that you want to copy to the PocketPC. The job and all relevant information (customer, location, description of work, etc.) are inserted into an invoice or estimate.
Update Item/Prices Lists
Download the latest items lists to your staff's PocketPCs tp update them on the latest products and pricing.
Collect Invoices
Insert your Pocket PC into its cradle and view the invoices and estimates. Select those that are complete and upload insert them directly into QuickBooks.
Download Other Lists
Optionally download other QuickBooks lists (customer, customer messages, terms of payment, etc.) to your PocketPC.
