Rental Manager assists people that own property such as a vacation condominum and manage their own rental activities. Each reservation is captured and information about price, reservation dates, payment activity, and customer contacts can be saved. A simple to read calendar shows availability. Various reports exist showing rental receipts, outstanding receivables, and un-confirmed reservations. I use the product for my own vacation condo and it works great for me.
