Smart Planner is an intelligent location-based calendar and expense management app for salespeople and realtors.
Smart Planner automatically synchronizes with your phone's calendars and provides the following features to ensure that you are always on time for your meetings.
· Leave-now alerts: Smart Planner continually monitors your location to calculate the travel time to your next meeting. The application then sends an alert to give you ample time to drive to your meeting's venue.
· Running late notification: Smart Planner notifies you if you are expected to arrive late to your meeting by more than 10 minutes. It also offers to automatically send an e-mail to notify meeting participants about your delayed arrival.
And what's more – you can use the built-in mileage tracker to record your vehicle's mileage for expense reimbursement or tax deduction purposes.
Note: Continued use of running GPS in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
