nueSPL is a modified HTC bootloader which will allow you to load custom ROMS on your Windows Mobile device. nueSPL will allow you to upload custom software to your phone. The software need not be tied to your carrier. However, your phone will still be tied to the network it was designed for.
nueSPL will update the SPL on your device to the latest version. It comes with PDF instructions. Please read the instructions carefully as an improper update of your SPL can permanently disable your device.
nueSPL ReLocker will restore your SPL to the original OEM version. It also comes with PDF instructions, so read them carefully before proceeding.
IMPORTANT: These SPL updates are designed for the HTC Titan with GPS enabled only (ROM versions 3.xx or higher). Any other device will be permanently and irreversibly damaged by this update.
