Resco MobileCRM Lite application is a mobile client for sales force and field service people that allows field workers to access the Microsoft Dynamics CRM data from the Windows Phone. Thus it provides them with all important data and information in the field independently of their office.
The field workers can manage the customers, accounts, contacts, orders, invoices etc. anywhere and anytime. Once the changes are made, the user can synchornize them with the back-office on demand.
The client application works in disconnected mode and stores data in local database. Back-office integration is implemented by the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web Services.
NOTE: The user needs to set up their own CRM server to enable synchronization with the mobile client. Alternatively, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online can be used for synchronization. The application is not suitable for standalone use and allows to synchronize Accounts and Contacts only.
