Smarty is a business information manager that allows to add custom data to contacts, organize them in profiles, link appointments, tasks, notes and documents. All in one!
Here are some key features of "Smarty":
· Add custom features - Smarty allows you to add custom data features to contact details; you can also organize these custom features in templates in order to reuse them for other contacts
· Organize your contacts in a better way - Smarty allows you to organize your contacts and information related to them in profiles. Contact profiles provide you full featured details, and links to all important documents, notes, phone calls, appointments and tasks
· Filter contact details - Smarty presents you the option to set which contact details are shown / hidden / available for editing, depending on your way of writing down contact details of interest
· Search your data easily - There is a search section in the main screen for easier lookup of contacts, appointments and tasks of interest at the same time. The search criteria might be a word, letter combination or a phrase, whatever you remember.
· View full or filtered agenda and tasks - You're allowed to filter by period, or show unfiltered lists on Agenda and Tasks sections. You can choose among filtered lists, full lists, or lists of appointments and tasks before or after a given date.
· Synchronize custom data with Desktop - All custom data features and group information is exported to the contact note in order to have it synchronized with the desktop.
· Enjoy the extras - Four extra screens are added for better work all in one - Recent Birthdays, Recent Anniversaries, View Files and Date & Fin Calculator. Recent Birthdays and Recent Anniversaries screens show lists of persons in question. View Files screen allows you to browse, view and create files from within Smarty. Date & Fin Calculator screen allows you to make some simple date and financial calculations
· Easy list sorting - The columns of all lists might be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on column headers.
