Pordic (English - German - English) is a free dictionary software for your Palm Organizer. The program's name stands for Portable Dictionary.


The big English - German dictionary contains 102,646 words

The big German - English dictionary contains 101,796 words

The small English - German dictionary contains 12,168 words

The small German - English dictionary contains 15,034 words.


To run Pordic on your Palm, install the program (Pordic.prc) and at least one dictionary (the pdb files). If you already have installed an older version of Pordic please removed it first, including all dictionary files.

NOTE: The big dictionaries need a lot of free space. External Cards are not supported.

NOTE II: Pordic does not work correctly on newer Palm models (Tungsten, LifeDrive) with resolutions higher than 320 x 320.
