This series include 7 video exercises to improve your body's ability to move better and resist injury while developing a flat, toned stomach. The core and abs workout will take you through a series of exercises designed to develop 360° core stability, rotary strength and the abs you have been working towards.
Experience Level: Beginner/Intermediate
Days Per Week: 3 x week with a minimum of 1 day rest in between workouts.
Equipment Needed: Stability Ball
