Tricky Disk is a puzzle game in which you have to rotate two circles around tiny cylinders in order to create a figure in a single colour

Tricky Disk is a puzzle game in which you have to rotate two circles around tiny cylinders in order to create a figure in a single colour (there's a drawing in the help file).

Tricky Disk resembles Rubik's Cube but it's much simpler.
