GIFFolders is a full-featured folder based drawing tool.

GIFFolders is a full-featured folder based drawing tool that allows you to compose and edit 240x268 pixel ultra compact/loss-less GIF images. You can draw and also insert text into the images as well as use the drawing tools. The GIF compression/decompression libraries are from GIF2BMP/BMP2GIF 1996 Ephraim Cohen
