TabletPC does not transform your Pocket PC into a computer, but simply allows your Pocket PC's screen to be used as if it were a graphic tablet (a bit like Wacom products).
Dream on. You certainly won't find all the comfort of a real tablet, if only because of size, not to mention the absence of pressure control. But for small drawings, the program is amusing and noticeably more precise than your mouse. You can also bring up the Pocket PC keyboard to enter text in the PC's active application. There are numerous options for fine-tuning the sensitivity settings.
The program uses the .NET Compact Framework, both on the server-side on the PC (a 28KB .EXE) and on the client side on the Pocket PC.
In short, an amusing program, a nice demonstration of the capabilities of the Pocket PC. Lecturers may be interested in it for doing a demonstration without having to hunch over a PC. For drawings, it is more delicate to use.
