HeparinP description

Heparin for newborns and children

Program for initiating and monitoring heparin therapy in newborns and children. Displays the loading dose, maintenance dose and calculate bolus, holding and adjusted doses based on patient's weight and APTT results. Also display Protamin dose for reversal of heparin activity.
