EmailerGlucose reports your glucose readings via email in real time.

EmailerGlucose reports your glucose readings via email in real time. Each time you take a reading enter it and any notes in the box. The program will then send an email to your doctor/nurse. NOTE: If there is no internet connection the program will place the report in your Pocket OutLook outbox.
