Most mobile email services from mobile operators require you to pay a hefty amount each month, and buy a new mobile device to carry around, in addition to the cellular handset you already have. With Airlook, you can use your existing phone, as long as it is capable of receiving WAP information.

And you don't need to sign up for a expensive monthly charge. Airlook only sends the actual emails you request to the phone - most of the formatting information which the phone can't handle is removed by Airlook prior to sending. And Airlook will only send the emails you request, saving even more time and money. As a result, most Airlook users spent less than a tenth of the amount on data as is charged for an operator service. Typical use is around 1MB of data a month. For light users, who are only out of the office part of the time and therefore use Airlook mobile email relatively infrequently, usage can be much lower.
