Mary Cassatt Virtual Art Gallery 1.0

Mary Cassatt (May 22, 1844 to June 14, 1926) was a popular American artist who was both a painter and printmaker. Cassatt lived much of her life in Franch, which is where she befriended Edgar Degas and would exhibit much of her works among Impressionists. Her focus was often on the social and private lives of women, with an emphasis on the bond between mothers and children.
