The official Starbucks app allows you to quickly pay at any Starbucks location using your iPhone. The software will display a barcode which you can use to make purchases, similarly to paying with your card.
The application also enables you to check your balance, reload your card, view transactions, track your Stars, and find Starbucks locations around you.
