ScreenSaver is a simple application that runs in the background. When the device is plugged in (ActiveSync or mains) it pops to the foreground and displays the time and date. To hide it, swipe down the screen, to close it, swipe up the screen. It uses your mobile device settings for time (IE, 24 hour/AMPM/whatever) so there's nothing to change.
