ZoneTrack is a java mobile program with special alarm functionality. Unlike the other alarm systems that may be set to sound at a certain time, this program will alert you at a certain place! ZoneTrack Alarm uses a positioning system (GPS-like) but for GSM networks. The program 'listens' to a special cell-broadcast service , and it permanently interrogates the network about the current position of the mobile cellphone; when the entered destination reaches, the phone will start to ring.
Note: This is a beta version of the program, and it has been implemented for Vodafone Romania GSM network. In order to use this midlet in your area you have to consult your GSM service operator.
ZoneTrack runs best on a midp2.0 Sony Ericsson mobile phone with 128*160 screen resolution but it might run as well on other mobile device
