Rotation Locker can be used to quickly lock your screen's orientation. When you run the app, it will ask you to choose from Landscape, Portrait and Auto. The application also includes a Tasker/Locale plugin so you can automate the screen rotation based on different profiles.
Rotation Locker can be easily launched from any window in Android by long pressing on the search key on devices that have a physical search button. The app also features a widget which lets you lock the screen into its current orientation.
