· Fixed: Other smaller issues…

What's new in SportyPal (BlackBerry) 2.2.1:

· Fixed: The app hangs on the loading screen when running for the second time (BB 9700)
· Fixed: Connecting to a heart rate monitor may sometimes hang the app (in the settings screen when done testing the connection or after a workout is complete)

What's new in SportyPal (BlackBerry) 2.2:

· Added: Track check-points icons.
· Added: Matching the track check points in workouts. If check point is matched info audio signal is played and the track check point becomes green. If the track check point is missed for more than 50% the error signal is played and the check point become red.
· Added: The track and its check points (green completed – yellow not completed) are shown in workout map.
· Added: Now you can adjust the countdown timer. (min 10 sec). It is separate from auto-start, which means you can now have auto-start which starts immediately, or a countdown timer after “Pressto start”.
· Added: Last 3 seconds of countdown have sound signals.
· Added: Heart rate battery status. The red heart icon should now be filled with green as much as the battery of the HRM is full.
· Optimization: No view updates while in workout if the application is in background. Should help save memory and cpu usage.
· Fixed: Errors when clicking on empty lists.
· Fixed: Smarter AutoPause: if the user pauses the workout manually, autopause will not auto resume – instead, an audio beep will signal.
· Fixed: When an unsubscribed user tries to activate a subscription feature, the phone will check for subscription from web before asking about a trial
· Fixed: Message dialogs should be easier to navigate with a keyboard.
· Fixed: Sync already existing but updated track/workout should work correctly now.
· Fixed: When auto-start is off, the manual start (play) button should work on phones with keyboards now.
· Fixed: If the workout isn’t started and manual start is set, the stop button works as expected now (asks if you want to end).
· Added: Synced workouts made on tracks are now properly displayed with their track if both the track and the workout are synced.
· Fixed: When a new workout is started right-away after another, the old info (time, distance, pace ….) will be correctly reset to zero.

What's new in SportyPal (BlackBerry) 2.1:

· Added calories calculation for all workout types except Paragliding, Driving, Freestyle, Flying and Sailing. Additionally, all calories calculation issues should be fixed now.
· Added an experimental HRM zone progressbar in the workout details screen. It is displayed only when a heart rate monitor is in use. Switching to it from the Distance or Goal progressbar is done in a way similar to the switching between actual / remaining / difference stats for a goal. It shows your current training zone based on % of your HRmax (which is currently estimated using age, but will be configurable in a later version).
· On touch-screen phones, touching the label right next to a scrolling roller will allow you to input a value from a separate screen using a numpad.
· Fixed a bug which caused a workout to be saved with a zero total time if the app was forcefully closed, the phone rebooted or battery died.
· Blackberry: when the screen is off, pressing the back/menu buttons will only wake up the screen now.
· Uploading a workout should now use 4-5 times less data traffic. As a result the maximum length of uploadable workouts should be increased 4-5 times now (especially on Blackberry: if you were able to upload up to 1 hour long workouts, you should now be able to upload up-to 4 hours long workouts)
· Auto-pause for cycling changed to account for MTB (requires lower speeds now)
· Other smaller bugfixes

· KeyUp events are now explicitly enabled. As a result, the Menu key should work correctly now in all screens on all devices (including e.g. the License Agreement screen)
· You can now switch to another app using the Alt+Back shortcut without it having undesired side-effects (like pausing a running workout)
· Long-pressing the Menu key only opens the task switcher now (it won’t activate the menu of the app screen anymore).

What's new in SportyPal (BlackBerry) 2.0.2:

· Fixed: strange behavior of graph list in landscape view
· Added: Better graphs (in portrait view, the whole graph is rotated now)

· Fixed display of subscription features remaining days and weeks (for both trials and subscriptions)
· Lots of other smaller bug fixes.

What's new in SportyPal (BlackBerry) 1.2.5:

· Compass map should now be correct in any part of the world.
· Fixed issue with internet connection on some phones.
· When a newer version is available after a successful upload, SportyPal now reports that the upload was successful *and* a newer version is available (instead of only reporting that a newer version is available). The workout is also marked as uploaded and subsequent attempts to upload it will display a re-upload confirmation.
· Fixed the negative altitude bug in the Blackberry version.
· Loading an old workout is now around 10 times faster (could be even faster on some devices). This means that uploading an old workout, displaying the speed graph, downloading a map etc will also be ~10 times faster.

What's new in SportyPal (BlackBerry) 1.2.4:

· SportyPal should now be able to acquire a GPS signal on BlackBerry Tour and Storm for Verizon users

What's new in SportyPal (BlackBerry) 1.2.3:

· Fixed an error which prevented the app from starting up on some devices (the “Fatal error: error” startup message)
· Handles HTTP redirects properly now – this make upload and registration work on some carriers.
· The app is now signed. This version should eliminate two issues: 1) The registration and uploads used to only work on phones with a wifi connection. It should now work on all phones and any kind of internet connection (wifi/carrier/BES etc). 2) We’re hoping that the “GPS Not Allowed” error will be now gone – at least on phones/carriers where other 3rd party apps can use GPS.

· Added support for all screen resolutions.
· Added support for phones with touchscreen, which should include Blackberry Storm 9530
· Added support for automatic screen rotation where available
· Uses new upload and register API that should fix most workout upload and registering issues,
· Upload should now work correctly via mobile network on devices that have no WiFi,
· SportyPal will attempt to get a GPS fix forever or until you choose back from the menu (or press on Back on devices with a touch screen)
· SportyPal will now tell you if a new version is available when you upload a workout,
· Faster “current workout” screen redrawing especially the transition to the map view.
· Switch between speed and pace (using the Up/Down navigation keys or by touch-scrolling up and down) for your current workout.
