Thanks burns for your help. indeed this is the problem. After installation create a playlist in another name and go to where your music files are and add them. Then go back and open that playlist and read your music. Enjoy

How to change the skin of kd player?
usually the skins of kd player is in zip format.u hv to use a pc to unzip the file or i am telling you a trick by which u can unzip the skins on your phone.
NOTE- this tricks works only for nokia s40 or other java phones.
TRICK
1.for extracting the zip skin,you will need two software,named fileexplorer and zip utility.you can get these on getjar.

I dont like the default skin & you cant add/download skins from WAP you need to have a pc which i have, but cannot be used due to web filtering where my college is, so will have to wait till i get home to investigate this.

This is a nice player.But it has its share of defects also.I prefer to use the default player in my 7210c.
I recommend this player fro all SONY ERICSON people out there..

hi nokia_sexy233, you should change the settings. when you open the application, type "0" on your keypad. click menu.choose "preferences". click "general settings". "Reading Tags" option : choose " "read tags from phone". "Update library" option : choose "gather tags from filenames". that's it... Gud luck, babe... hehehe

Does not read the skin files in the directory????

i've installed kr player on my nokia 6300. it works fine. for those who has installed it on their phone but facing problem to run it, let me give you all a clue. once you installed it to your phone, click 'menu'. then click 'main menu'. then choose 'playlist'. another submenus will appear. choose 'create a playlist'. a 'my playlist' will appear. erase it n change it with a name you want. 'allow application to read data in: Memory card' appear. choose 'yes'. then you must choose a folder on your memory card wich contain music files to be read by the application. then all you have to do is to pick wich files you want to add to playlist. after you finish, click 'menu' n choose 'finish'. but still i'm having problem to install it skins thou i've downloaded skins from easter-egg.com. can anybody help me with that? thanks.
