I have downloaded the mobisoft Pocketreader to my Blackberry curve, and it works very well. I would never install an app on my blackberry unless it was directly from the maker of the app. Point your phones brawser to m.mobipocket.com

The page will detect your phone model and give you your direct OTA (over-the-air) download link.
