how dos this work? I have a RAZR V3c connected and all this program does is show two panes of directories showing folders on my hard drive - not on the V3.....did I do something worng (obviously)

How can I get a responde from here? I really need dome help

Where are the directions? I've downloaded and installed but I can't figure out how to use it to move pictures from my Motorola W385 to my pc.

cannot get the pictures off everything else seems to be functioning. All I wanted was the pictures, just watching life pass me by...........

Man, after struggling with Motorola Phone Tools, which eventually dropped support for my Renegade V950, P2K ROCKS! My ringtones copy over, pictures copy back, all quickly and with the greatest of ease. The Engrish leaves a little to be desired, but it's understandable and the pop-up messages are helpful to the user.

When I installed it guided me to the proper options/attributes for my phone, no problem. There is no install though, and directions don't say you should just copy it all to a folder and run it. Took me five minutes to figure that out, took me 60 seconds to install.

THIS is the dude Motorola Phone Tools should be hiring!

I have been able to change my righttones but I can't my phone to recognize my bluetooth

MSU does NOT have to be running in the background.

Whoever participated in this project deserves major kudos. Thanks for your efforts to quell the onslaught of monopolistic wireless carriers that think that is in their power to disable functionality that is offered defacto from the device vendors. In other words, you guys ROCK!

Being a Mac person wandering into the Windows world via BootCamp, I had some difficulties navigating and understanding the interface, but the learning curve is not insurmountable. Motorola Software Update (MSU) must be running in the background.
