Does just waht it says...works well for me on a symbol mc-70 using visual studio 2008. run the program on your device, then go to devices in visual studio (you may have to open the device tool bar) edit connection settings and choose connect via IP, set the port number.

Thanks! I spent hours trying to figure this out, turns out the programs need to be run from a command prompt. this is much eaiser.
