Not sure what other users have done but it works for me in every respect apart from not seeing the Find or Home icon at the bottom. Quite a nice looking launcher.

You have to go click/tap the menu/file tab on the base of the Palm Screen (Second Icon to the right on a Palm TX screen) to configure all the iphone simulated icons to palm applications.

It works well, but I can't get it to show up as a default setting when powering on...the setting "Make Launcher" doesn't seem to work for me.

to the above posters you must set each icon to what you would like it to display go to options and set. still could not get the sms icon to work cute program but not much of a keeper

crap. no matter what icon you try to touch, it only takes you to the phone's preferences. crap.
